Pino Workspace ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and security of personal information in full compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
1. Data We Collect
When organizations utilize Pino Workspace for HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, and invoicing, we act as a Data Processor and collect:
- Employee 201 Records: Full legal names, TIN, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG numbers, positions, and contact details.
- Timekeeping Logs: Biometric entries, Daily Time Records (DTR), and leave requests.
- Financial Data: Tax withholding tiers, basic pay scales, and billing retainers.
2. How We Use Your Data
Personal information is strictly processed to execute employer payroll, generate BIR tax forms (2307/2316), calculate statutory remittances, issue invoices, and provide system support. We do not sell or monetize personal data to third parties.
3. Security & Retention
We implement multi-tenant encryption, HTTPS/TLS data transit protection, and automated database backups. Data is retained strictly as required by local labor laws or company contract terms.
