Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 2026

By accessing or subscribing to Pino Workspace ("getpino.com"), your organization agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. SaaS Platform License

Pino Workspace provides a non-exclusive, non-transferable cloud software license to access selected modules (HRIS, Payroll, CRM, Billing). Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual retainer basis.

2. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of employee wage inputs, DTR hours, BIR tax configurations, and account credential security within their managed multi-tenant workspace.

3. Uptime & Support SLA

We target 99.9% platform availability. System maintenance is conducted during off-peak Philippine operational hours with prior notification.
